1. Services Provided

Cognipal Rescue Services offers towing, roadside assistance, and other automotive services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location and the condition of your vehicle.

2. Payment Terms

All services rendered by Cognipal Rescue Services must be paid in full upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payments. By using our services, you agree to pay the total amount invoiced for the services provided.

3. Service Availability

Service times may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, and other external factors. Cognipal Rescue Services is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control.

4. Refund & Cancellation

1. Before Dispatch / Booking Pending: If you cancel before a driver is assigned or on the way, you usually qualify for a full refund or a released payment authorization.
2. After Dispatch / En Route: Once the truck has left to reach your location, companies typically charge a 100% cancellation fee or deduct a call-out/fuel/time charge, treating the rest as non-refundable or issuing partial refund.
3. After Service Completion: All sales are final once the tow or roadside work is finished.
